Handlayup Process
HandLayUp Process
The HandLayUp Process is a manual, open-mold method for creating composite parts by layering reinforcing fiber materials such as fiberglass or carbon fiber with a liquid resin. Skilled workers apply the resin by hand using brushes or rollers, then compact the layers and remove trapped air using rollers. After the final layer is applied, the part is cured to harden, forming a durable composite structure suitable for a wide range of applications.
